We will be holding a Focused Prayer Service on Wednesday, August 18, both in-house and on-line. Please join us for a time of joined prayer for the Middle East, for Haiti, and for specific needs in our region as well. There is a great need for prayer, and we serve a great God who has promised that “…if two of you shall agree on earth, as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of the father in heaven.” Matthew 18:19
Due to the high number of Covid cases in Southern Illinois, please use discretion if you are at risk. Also, there is another very contagious upper respiratory virus spreading in our region. If you are showing symptoms of any kind, please be mindful of others who may be at risk.
We’ll meet Wednesday at 7:00PM at the church. The service will also be live-streamed. Please commit to joining us in prayer at the church or at home.
Pastor Griffith is improving daily. We are extremely grateful for the effective prayer and fasting of our WMAC family. Thank you also for each meal provided, each and every grocery, banking, fast food, or coffee run you made for us.
Our other family members are on the mend as well! And our cousin, Sis. Karen McCarthy came home from the hospital today and is feeling much better! Thank you for all who reached out to her family in their time of need.
We are a blessed family to be serving such a wonderful church.
