Get connected with a Life Group this semester!

SPRING SEMESTER IS in session!

February - June

At its core, a Life Group is less about what you do and more about who you do it with. We all need each other and that’s why we have Life Groups at West Monroe.

Life Groups

Books and Brew

Books & Brew is a book club that meets for coffee and tea to discuss a book that the whole group is reading.  Youth Room, Mondays or Thursdays . 16+

Women of the Well

We will be focusing on various topics, and studying the women of the Bible with the purpose of knowledge and strength drawing from each other as well as The Well that never runs dry.

Line upon line

A through the Bible study (using basically the old Search for Truth charts with some additions). I plan to do the last 4 sessions in the next life group semester.

Galatians…and coffee

Bible study and social. A study of Galatians and some of Danielle's coffee!

Friends and family fellowship

Join us on scheduled Friday evenings for a time of fellowship. Whether you have been here 50 years or 5 days you are welcome to join! Bring all your friends & family!

Ladies Prayer

Senior Warriors

This is a group for singles, divorced, widows, or married for those 55 & older.

The Walk abouts

My goal is for this to be a time of fellowship while also giving an opportunity to work on our physical health as well. We can get to know one another and grow stronger together both physically and spiritually. Herrin Sports Complex - Bandyville Road - 2nd & 4th Tuesday of each month at 5:30.

House to Home

We want to have fellowship, food and the word and invite others outside the church to join us!

Fellowship and Bible for Early Men

This group seeks to be a fellowship in Christ for men, twice a month-a Sunday school for early men with a donut and coffee.

Celebrate Recovery

A balanced approach to help bring sustainable recovery and healing to our hurts.

Promise Keepers

Promise Keepers is a men’s life group dedicated to empowering each other to boldly share the gospel. Through fellowship, prayer, and study, members strengthen their faith and gain confidence in spreading God’s word in their daily lives.

Kind of a Big Dill

Bring a pickleball paddle, pickleball, and a good attitude, and join in on what promises to be a time full of laughter and fun.

FAQs

Our life groups meet once a week in places all around our community and provide a place for you to connect, grow, and discuss the issues and challenges of life. Regardless of your age, interest, or location, we are sure there is a group out there for you. Life groups are also where we pray, care for one another, and are missed if we don’t show up! If you would like to join a life group, check out the online directory, above, of groups or visit the Information Center in the Sanctuary. We would love for you to get connected.

  • Our groups are as varied as we are; group leaders use their gifts and passions to create a group that allows others to join with them in serving God. Whatever the age, interest, or location there is a group that is just right for you!

  • New groups start and stop two times a year – thirteen weeks in the spring, and another thirteen weeks in the fall. Each semester is kicked off with an on-site and online registration period.

  • We believe that everyone has areas of strength and gifting that could benefit others. Fill out this form: Life Group Leader Application
